Costs for Internal (Scouts) Hires

Rooms / Buildings

Training Centre - $200 (7 Days)

Hatcher Hut - $100 (7 Days)

Cow Shed - $30 (7 Days)

Accommodation Options

Training Centre Bunk Rooms - $20pp/per night

Camping - $7.5pp/per night 

Other Charges/Info

When holding an event, if someone is attending day only and not staying overnight, the event will incur a cost of $5pp.

*Wifi Usage is $25 per visit.

Events will incur a cost of $3pp for cleaning of facilities.

Bunk rooms are to be swept out prior to departure.

No GST is applicable to internal hires.

Cow Shed - $40 (7 Days)

Accommodation Options

Training Centre Bunk Rooms - $22pp/per night (Min $66 per room/per night)

Camping - $16.5pp/per night 

Other Charges/Info

When holding an event, if someone is attending day only and not staying overnight, the event will incur a cost of $5pp.

*Wifi Usage is $25 per visit.

Hirers will be required to clean all facilities after use, or an external cleaner may be brought in at an extra cost. 

Bunk rooms are to be swept out prior to departure.

Deposit of $250 required in order to secure booking.

One off lease agreement to be filled and signed prior to arrial.

All costs are inclusive of GST.
